Abstract The rise of the Global South is ushering in a substantial transformation of the international order and North-South relations. The Global South not only refers to geographical location, but also has profound geopolitical demands, social and cultural connotations, and economic significance. The developing countries have gone through a period of marginal resistance from the Third World to Western hegemony, and a structural reshaping of the international order by the Global South. The Global South is demonstrating unprecedented political and economic strength, becoming a structural force driving the transformation of the international order. The international order view from the perspective of the Global South includes normative order view, institutional order view, and power order view. The transformation of the international order from the perspective of the Global South implies the reconstruction of a new international order, presenting a deep and diversified structure of interaction at the global and regional levels. However, the Global South faces a dual challenge of inherent limitations and self-continuity in the existing international order. The West adopts a dual strategy of overall opposition and partial differentiation, while the Global South needs to strengthen the internal unity and external consistency of . For this reason, the forces of the South have a potential to further coordinate and integrate, and the international order based on a global community with a shared future is the international order that the Global South should pursue.
