Abstract：Having witnessed a sustained and rapid rise, Chinas diplomatic relationship with other developing countries is facing growing challenges, especially in terms of economic interests, political identity, and political influence. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the Party Central Committee, with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the leadership core, has developed guiding principles of “common development, common destiny, and sharing dignity” for Chinas diplomatic relations with other developing countries. Based on which, China has developed more detailed tactics and policy tools to deal with aforementioned challenges, namely to uphold justice while pursuing shared interests and global partnership for diminishing interest challenge, to build strategic reassurance network for resolving identity challenge, and to explore ability-power conversion mechanism for responding to influence challenge. Looking ahead to the future, theory and practice of Chinas diplomatic relations with other developing countries will move forward in pace with the development of China, other developing countries and international system, promoting the development of the theory and practice on national diplomacy into a new era.
